I’ve been a virtual assistant for 7 years now and have been able to work with clients from all over the world. I’m a full-time virtual assistant and can work anywhere in the world, which means that I’m able to take on more than one job at a time.

I worked as a Guest Experience Agent that provides the most impeccable service to our customers. I am enthusiastic, have a keen eye for details, can multitask, have a high aptitude for new ideas or platforms, computer savvy, a well-driven individual, and can work under pressure.

I've worked as a co-host before in an Airbnb, Vrbo/HomeAway, Upgrade to see actual info, and Vacasa listings. My work experience with STR includes communicating with guests, resolving issues, processing alterations and refunds, coordinating with housekeeping or handymen, and answering inquiries. I also do listing optimization, creating guidebooks, pricing optimization, and handling housekeeping.
