I have handled Technical account for more than 3 years where we are assisting customers in troubleshooting their devices if they are unable to make or receive calls, adding their monthly minutes and assist them in navigating their devices, I also helped customers in transferring their phone number from one phone to another and deactivating lost/stolen phones.
I also handled a Tele-sales account for 6 months, where we are selling phones to our customers depending on their budget and needs. Helped the company in turning an upgrade request to a sale by convincing the customer to add a new line by providing the difference with their monthly rate if they will get a new line instead of just upgrading their device, depending on the promotion available for the customer.
I've been with a Billing account for more than a year, we are assisting 2 customers via char at the same time, we are explaining about bill details, restoring their services, checking promotions available for customers and adding a new service to insert sales and to help customers to lower their monthly rate.
I was also part of a Travel Account for more than 3 years, I was a Senior Specialist and I assist agents if they have complicated cases that they can't handle on their own or handling escalated calls. We also validate a refund request, price match claim or good will gesture compensation and provide a payout for a maximum of 500 EUR if the claim is valid.
