Bookkeeping Task
- Set up and maintain clients’ Chart of Accounts (COA).
- Perform data entry for revenues, expenses, liabilities, and assets.
- Conduct daily bookkeeping reviews for accuracy and completeness.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closings.
- Reconcile income spreadsheets with bank deposits.

- Generate monthly financial reports for clients and internal use.
- Perform clean-up/catch-up work for clients’ financial records.
- Review and break down payroll documents to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare, verify, classify, and record accounts payable/receivable data.

Qualifications
Experience in administrative and customer support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Google Workspace
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Dedicated, hardworking, flexible and can be trained easily, fast learner.
Open to learning, collaborating and helping where needed. Team player.
