DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Architectural and Engineering arm of Mall Properties. Handled the responsibility for the development and modernization of SM by the Bay, SMX Convention Center, and S’Maison of Conrad Hotel. The Design Officer works closely with the contractors, tenants, and officers on site in ensuring that design works are carried out to specific standards. The individual further guarantees that any design problems which may arise can be quickly resolved, confirms design alterations to the existing structure, and/or advises restoration or conversion of old properties. Works with engineers, surveyors, and construction specialists on- site and oversees projects from beginning to end and makes sure that structures meet company policies, company standards on design and image, management standards and rules, and regulations on construction.
