I have been a technical/customer support for 2 years for one of the successful telecommunications service in the United States , been in retail as well , and recently handled clients that owned funeral homes around US and CANADA all those experiences taught me to be a great multi tasker ,to be flexible , as well as working under deadlines and pressure . Being on technical field and in customer support environment gave me skills and advantages ,on such opportunities that will open for me in the near future.
