Profile Description

I’ve been working with my current employer since Nov. 2017 and reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director. I’m providing secretarial support to the Managing Director if needed, whilst, providing full secretarial and admin support to the Sales & Marketing department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations.

I developed and maintained electronic system to track all documents for the sales team and management. And they assigned me in handling the sales general email and other communications.

As a part of a sales & marketing team, I’m responsible for the company’s registration to be included in the list of the registered supplier, and also needs to lend a helping hand in the estimation team for the preparation of tender documents for the bidding process. As we are an international company, it’s my duty to maintain our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Sales & Marketing jobs are very crucial to the development of the business, thus, I need to provide manpower forecasts and submit a monthly report for the management, sales team and international agents for their references. I have to collaborate with the team and other departments for company events and for maintaining the marketing materials inventory list to ensure the stocks of the marketing supplies.

And lastly, I have to coordinate with the accounts department to clear all the invoices related to marketing supplies & company advertisement.
