Profile Description

7 years working experience in a BPO industry. I started as a customer service representative wherein I handled incoming calls and assist customer with their concerns. After a year, I got promoted as a workforce real time analyst and became a scheduler 3 years after. I managed agent’s schedules, optimized their breaks, plotted offline activities, did constant communication with operations management and client. Aside from this, I also have experience working as a scheduler in a Home Care company based in Australia wherein I am responsible to fill in vacant schedules of our carers to provide service to elderly clients, communicate between carers and client, planning weekly roster and weekly meetings with state managers. I have experience with Microsoft offices such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Google Workspace, Workforce tools such as Verint, NICE IEX, PowerBI, Puzzle and Citrix, email management using Hiver, ticketing management using ServiceNow, communication tool such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Slack and communicating with clients through Avaya and Eclipse.
