Create Deals in FUB/SISU1. Track and manage deals by creating and updating records in Follow Up Boss and SISU, ensuring all deal stages are accurately reflected.FUB/KW Command Tasks2. Execute various tasks within Follow-Up Boss and KW Command to maintain organized and efficient lead management systems.
Track All Deals in the Pipeline from Lead to Close1. Monitor the progress of all deals in the KW Command pipeline from initial lead generation to final closing.
Create Pipeline Stages1. Develop and maintain the different stages of the sales pipeline to streamline the tracking process.
Create an Opportunity - Gather All Required Listing Docs1. Initiate new opportunities by collecting all necessary documentation for listings.Assist with Offers1. Provide support in preparing and submitting off ers for properties.Submit for Compliance Review - Listing2. Ensure all listing documents are compliant by submitting them for review. (Not more than 5 days after the listing goes live)
Import Loops into Command from Docusign1. Transfer transaction data from Docusign into KW Command.2. Manage Docusign in Command3. Oversee the integration and functionality of Docusign within KW Command.4. Create Checklists Under Opportunities5. Develop comprehensive checklists for each opportunity to ensure all tasks are completed.
Upload All Listings on All Platforms1. Post listings across various platforms, including uploading photos, flyers, and relevant documents.
Create Offer Instructions and Follow Checklist1. Develop detailed offer instructions and ensure all requirements are met according to the checklist.
