CRM ManagementKW Command - OpportunitiesListing ManagerUpdate FUB/KW Command for all leads1. Regularly update Follow Up Boss (FUB) and KW Command with new, existing, sold, bought, and Pond Leads. This includes ensuring all lead details are accurately recorded and maintained.Import Contacts to Mailchimp2. Import new contacts into Mailchimp to keep the email marketing lists current.Create Automation in FUB and Add New Leads3. Set up automated workflows in Follow Up Boss to nurture new leads and ensure they receive timely and relevant communications.
Create Deals in FUB/SISU1. Track and manage deals by creating and updating records in Follow Up Boss and SISU, ensuring all deal stages are accurately reflected.FUB/KW Command Tasks2. Execute various tasks within Follow-Up Boss and KW Command to maintain organized and efficient lead management systems.
Track All Deals in the Pipeline from Lead to Close1. Monitor the progress of all deals in the KW Command pipeline from initial lead generation to final closing.
Create Pipeline Stages1. Develop and maintain the different stages of the sales pipeline to streamline the tracking process.
Create an Opportunity - Gather All Required Listing Docs1. Initiate new opportunities by collecting all necessary documentation for listings.Assist with Offers1. Provide support in preparing and submitting off ers for properties.Submit for Compliance Review - Listing2. Ensure all listing documents are compliant by submitting them for review. (Not more than 5 days after the listing goes live)
Import Loops into Command from Docusign1. Transfer transaction data from Docusign into KW Command.2. Manage Docusign in Command3. Oversee the integration and functionality of Docusign within KW Command.4. Create Checklists Under Opportunities5. Develop comprehensive checklists for each opportunity to ensure all tasks are completed.
Upload All Listings on All Platforms1. Post listings across various platforms, including uploading photos, flyers, and relevant documents.
Create Offer Instructions and Follow Checklist1. Develop detailed offer instructions and ensure all requirements are met according to the checklist.
Administrative Tasks | Marketing MaterialsOTHER ADHOC TASKSCreate and Send Seller Reports1. Compile and send monthly seller reports to keep clients informed about their listing's Upgrade to see actual infomunicate with Sellers Once the Listing is Live1. Research Personal Information-Perform data mining to gather personal information such as dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, and social media accounts.
Data Entry-Accurately enter and maintain data across various platforms and systems.Build, Implement, and Manage Systems- Develop and oversee systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Back Office Support-Provide essential administrative support to the TEAM to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordination with the Team-Facilitate communication and coordination among teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Customer Service-Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.
Send Digital Cards to Past Clients-Maintain relationships with past clients by sending digital cards for various occasions.
Create, Update, and Track SISU Transactions-Monitor and record transactions in SISU to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.Creation of Trackers and Keeping Them Up to Date
-Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor progress and Upgrade to see actual infopture Leads (Data Entry)-Accurately enter and update lead information.-Reports / Golden Letters-Generate reports and draft personalized communications for clients.
Social Graphics-Design and create graphics for social media to promote properties and engage followers.Property Flyers/Brochures-Develop informative and visually appealing flyers and brochures for property listings.Listing/Buyer Presentations-Prepare professional presentations for listings and potential Upgrade to see actual infompaigns-Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Postcards-Design and send postcards for marketing and client engagement.RLI Submission-Submission of Listings to RLI for advertisement/campaign
