Profile Description

My name is Kris Alexis Valderrama, and I am currently working as a Subject Matter Expert for our account at Alorica Philippines Inc. I am looking for a part-time position as a Virtual Assistant or any available position in your good company. I can contribute to the company in several ways. I believe my willingness to take the initiative, along with my communication and organizational skills, are three of my biggest strengths. While I was a content moderator, I was chosen by my Manager to be his assistant/ SME for the team. I have learned things like team management especially when he is not around. We shared thoughts on how we improved our score every Upgrade to see actual info this way, we achieve more than what we expected. Being next of line, I overcame the fear of meeting people, I had a chance to lead a certain group and call ourselves a team.
