Negotiating sales terms and conditions is a key part of my role, as well as closing sales deals and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. I regularly update client information and sales activities in our CRM software to manage the sales pipeline effectively. Meeting or exceeding sales targets is a primary responsibility, so I prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. I stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust our sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration with marketing, customer service, and product development teams ensures we align our efforts to meet client needs and improve overall satisfaction. Finally, I participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve my skills and knowledge.
