Profile Description

I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Cordura. I carry with me over 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry. My main job responsibilities then were to help customers having technical issues with their mobile phone service since the said BPO company handled a prepaid telecommunication account in the US. We also were trained to handle network issues and contact the tower service providers to provide resolutions to customers. We also dabbled in the phone unit and phone minutes sales as well as their replacement processes. I am also a Tier 2 email support agent for Course Hero for almost 2 years now. Issues are addressed via Zendesk. I am in charge of responding to tutors' issues about payments and their accounts that need further investigation to check whether the said claims were true. Another freelance job I am currently working for Sell Cord as a Walmart account manager. I work mostly with uploading listings via Walmart Seller Center and fixing listing issues such as Compliance and Listing Ownership claims. I am also in charge of uploading images, and site descriptions and making sure they are uploaded properly. Communicating to Walmart agents via opening cases has also been a daily job for me for the past 6 months to resolve many listing issues such as Category and Product Types issues. Handling the customers' day-to-day phone, payment, and technical issues was not easy but it helped me build my understanding of how to solve a problem without having a face-to-face interaction with a client. I always practiced empathy toward their issues and tried to provide a fair resolution to both the customer as well as to the company. As a Customer Service Representative for emails, I believe that I will be able to provide the same service to your clients and customers. I can work quickly with little to no supervision. I may need to ask some questions from time to time but I assure you that once I am well-informed in a matter, I will be able to improve further. I am also extremely motivated and have a great sense of time thus I always make sure to address issues in a timely mUpgrade to see actual infoer. I also freelance as an online ESL teacher to Polish students and Japanese students thus making me knowledgeable on how English grammar works.  I have my own small tutorial service where I teach students how to converse in English as well as to be more comfortable with using English not only for daily conversations but also in Business.
