I’ve been in the customer service industry for 7 years. I love to interact with people, understand their needs, and provide solutions. The challenge of meeting targets and building relationships with customers drives me. Aside from that, I am highly motivated and resourceful. When I was with my previous employer I was tasked to do the monthly reports which was manual and very tedious to make. So, I collaborated with one of my colleagues to create an automated report using Microsoft Excel that will provide efficient and accurate results. With the limited resources we have, we were able to increase the report’s accuracy rate to 99%. Before, it took us 2-3 days to do the report but after, we were finally able to submit it within the shift.
