Profile Description

My name is Jonathan Igpuara Jr, and I used to work with three BPO Companies. I have been working in the said industry for more than ten years. I'm writing to apply for the open virtual assistant position with your company. My ten years of experience with excellency award every quarter would lead me to believe that I’d be a great fit for the role available for me.
I'm without a job and would like to put my technology proficiency, customer service skills, communication and task management skills to use once Upgrade to see actual info my previous job, I was able to provide an excellent performance that includes Client’s complete satisfaction and have shared many recognitions for my employer. I have also shared some strategies to my colleagues in handling difficult situations and techniques how to work with clients professionally.
I graduated my nursing profession at University of San Augustin as a working student. I also worked with several Business Process Outsourcing companies.
There, I earned invaluable administrative skills, such as data entry, leadership skills, organization, task management and excellent customer service skills, that have allowed me to succeed.
I truly believe that my ability and experience, makes me an ideal fit for this virtual assistant position with your company. I would love the opportunity to use my skills at your workplace.
