Profile Description

I worked in the BPO Industry for approximately 2 years and 4 months, primarily focusing on the E-commerce platform Shopify. In my first role, I was a Merchant Advisor, assisting Shopify business owners with various aspects of their online stores. Later, I joined the App Review Team as a Tier 2 App Review Specialist, responsible for evaluating and publishing apps created by developers for the Shopify App Store.

Additionally, I have experience as a virtual assistant for an E-commerce client, primarily working on their Online Store. My tasks included product listing, product and supplier research, social media management, website maintenance, SEO, Google Analytics, and online ads. I also created content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and implemented marketing automation using Klaviyo and Google Suite.
