My approach centers on delivering high-quality content that maintains a consistent brand voice and message across all social media platforms my client is involved in. The process starts with a kickoff meeting to understand client goals and review existing assets if there are any. It helps if we're able to pinpoint strategies in messaging and content posting as this will build the foundation for our content creation. Post-launch, we evaluate the performance, consider audience feedback, and do a competitor analysis to refine and optimize future posts. Through analysis, we're able to adapt on strategies that will help us not only meet but exceed expectations.

I've collaborated on numerous projects in industries ranging from ecommerce, local food services, education, business coaching, and online influencer. This experience has allowed me to adapt my skills to the specific needs of the industry, enhancing brand narratives through video. My workflow involves review of content to set the story's framework (if any) if there's none-- I'm capable of creating a storyline from scratch. Key elements like effects, pacing, transitions, captions, and color correction are added as the project progresses. Music and sound effects are often applied after visual elements are finalized to ensure they complement the final visual edit with the exception of talking heads and interviews. The goal is to find harmony where we match the tone and rhythm of the video.

I've honed my Content Planning skills because I recognize its importance of keeping all project details organized. From initial scheduling to final posting, and if there were any adjustments made-- we could track them. It allows me and my clients to effectively navigate through which content has been approved, rejected, or revised. Its a place for transparency and while it may depend on the software used, I would like to say I'm comfortable with any tools my clients may prefer. Even without software, I've experienced content planning using Google Sheets.

In copywriting, my process starts with understanding the brand's core message and visual strategy. From a blank canvas as the content takes shape-- being its designer already gives me an idea which captions to use. Using this draft together with some research if this was a content we already had in the past, I utilize AI to check for consistency at the same time making sure that not too posts are exactly the same. This is where I also incorporate competitor research to benchmark our content and recognize if there are any keywords and catchy phrases that resonated with the audience. This process allow me to blend creativity and research which allows me to deliver a cop that is both innovative and aligned with the latest market trends.

My customer service background has helped me develop empathy to the other person on the line and what it means to go the extra mile. I managed my customer interactions with thoughtfulness as I understand what it means to feel heard and valued. I've assisted clients with the processing of their health and dental claims, reach out to health service providers, and contact other departments for a speedy resolution. We have goals in the form of KPI's and I constantly make an effort to meet and exceed the targets set before me.

Over a decade ago, creating captions for videos meant repeatedly pressing the playback button, especially if I'd like my caption to be precise. Now, the advent of AI has revolutionized the way I work. With the introductions of 'auto-captions', the valuable time it frees up shifted to where I can contribute more to the storytelling by making the captions more visually appealing. Nevertheless, I still make it a point to go and review what was auto-generated for any misspellings and confirm if it matches the speaker's pace.

Social media engagement is like an extension of customer service. It focuses on building relationships through meaningful, timely, and thoughtful interactions. My responsibilities include promptly responding to comments and inquiries and moderating discussions to ensure a respectful environment. I also like and follow back people, a simple yet effective way to nurture connections and show appreciation for their interest. I believe this proactive approach is fundamental in building a loyal community, that support and enhances the brand's image on social media.
