I worked as a Virtual Assistant for five years, and the roles that I handled included being a Client Success Manager, Business Development Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Lead Generation Specialist. I also got to manage eCommerce stores, software development companies, medical equipment, insurance, real estate, customer service, and research, to name a few.
I'm a fast learner and a self-starter—the qualities of a multi-skilled VA. I always ensure that my work is of the highest quality and delivered on or before time. My ultimate goal is to help my clients be successful by making them focus on what they do best and leaving the rest to me.
For my regular jobs here in the Philipppines, I worked with Manulife Philippines as a Unit Head where I had the privilege of shaping a dedicated team from scratch, handpicking individuals who shared our vision of excellence in the insurance industry. My role involved strategic planning, talent acquisition, and fostering a collaborative work environment. I focused on nurturing my team's skills and expertise, ensuring they were equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients. I also worked as a team leader at Wireless Talk Solutions, where I had the chance to lead a dynamic group of 15-20 agents. I played a pivotal role in guiding my team to achieve their targets and exceed customer expectations. I was also given the task of managing a micro-team of ten members for more than two years as part of the company's program to train potential leaders. I also launched, developed, and marketed a local brand as a hobby when I'm not working.
