As an IT Project Manager, I am responsible in delivering project objectives within project scope, timeline and budget. I am also responsible for project coordination by working closely with the Project Tea
As Head of Product/As Product Manager/Product Owner, I have led a team to support the company to achieve business goals. I have managed & optimized our marketplace product in the Philippine market. I have ensured that we are providing the best customer experience possible when it comes to how our customers interact with our financial products. I am responsible for product planning and prioritization. This includes defining the product vision, gathering customer requirements, defining user stories, creating product backlog, managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle working closely with Engineering to
deliver winning products. This also includes working with Operations, Marketing and Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. I have also ensured that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
My jobs from the past required me to be assigned to different sites in the Philippines to directly work with different clients from US, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, and India. I have also worked in different industries such as Financial Technology, Manufacturing, Outsourcing (Healthcare, Telco, Sales, Hotel and Reservations) and small businesses. I have also worked abroad in Taiwan and South Korea.
