Operations Manager / Certified Medical VA / Social Media Mgr

I spent a year taking calls as an online technical support associate. Similar to a Subject Matter Expert who supports a 1:15 ratio, I was promoted to Coordinator.

For two years, I worked at a medical insurance BPO. The primary responsibility is to handle inbound calls and give medical benefits to US clients according on their plan. In 2014, I moved to another BPO with the same line of business that serves not just US clients but also global clients. I answered incoming calls for a while before becoming a Subject Matter Expert for nearly two years. Back in 2015, I was chosen to represent Cigna Global in Wilmington, Delaware. Our journey is primarily intended to prepare us to be globally capable of servicing all of our clients. I then pass on my knowledge to my colleagues in the Philippines.

In 2016, I took advantage of an opportunity to learn more about the banking industry. After two years of taking incoming calls for online technical issues, I was quickly promoted to Coordinator. Another chance presented itself in 2019, and I was hired as a Lead Manager. I was in charge of a maximum of 15 individuals. I managed performance coaching, mentoring, and motivate a team to achieve a high level of consistency. Displayed strong people management skills that allow others to grow and explore provided opportunity. Maintains positive relationships through collaborating with other leaders. Developed solid relationships with both domestic and international clients.
