I am an experienced customer service representative on a telco account handling the volume of calls per day, and giving customers the satisfaction they are looking for. I also have experience in the chat and email field on an e-commerce account, handling 6 chats at a time looking up their queries and giving them the service they deserve. I have experience as a cold caller and appointment setter, selling sales as easily as one two, or three.
