Apart from that I have also been a Data Entry Virtual Assistant for 1 year and 5 months where I answer security questions about the company I’m working for and their services provided for their potential clients. I had to learn about the company, familiarize with their policies, and work hand-in-hand with their Internal Product Manager. I've managed to create a database for questions and its corresponding answers to make the work convenient.
