I've been working in BPO Industry for almost 7 years in Sales and Customer Service but most of my experience is being a Collection Specialist for inbound and outbound calls (SiriusXM and TCF Bank Auto-collection.) The job basically cover payment collection for delinquent accounts, billing disputes, billing inquiries, payment arrangements and payment negotiation.
In addition to that, I was a certified mentor under the training team in SiriusXM Collections Account for 1 year. I'm a very goal-oriented and competitive person and always strive for the best in my work. I'm proven and tested working in a dynamic workplace and fast-paced environment that always drive excellent results.
