Being a Quality Assurance/Control Specialist, my role was checking and labeling a frame project, which is cars, roads, buildings, and terrain, that needs to check every edge if there are lapses or needs re-editing or labeling again if it's necessary. Also, make it perfect by seeing it from all angles before passing it on to our client.

As a customer service representative, my role was to cater to customers by making inbound or outbound calls, addressing their concerns, and providing for their needs, but my priority role was taking outbound calls because we are the ones who initiate calling the provider, and we already have a customer lead on our file that we need to call to pay their bills. Also, I had experience in a business-to-business sales program that involved taking calls, both inbound and outbound, and replying to their emails. We have a goal of reaching it every day, which makes me more productive because we need to hit it for our salary to increase.

As a sales commando, I had a great role. That role is that of an agent that needs to go to a specific store to deliver the products to the customer that they ordered or are desiring to buy. Also, you need to initiate sales talks with the customer if they don't want the product that's being sold at another store because they're competing for their sales. My role was to provide for all the needs of the customer by selling my products.
