MANAGER, PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
*Accountable for meeting partner-sourced and internal lead production revenue goals
*Oversee IR campaign performance and report any challenges
*Retain staff through training, mentoring, coaching and recognition Support partner revenue recognition
*Oversee staff processes and procedures to ensure compliance and be an active SME and participant in the development of all future systems & employee enhancement planning
*Work with Lead Fulfillment management to execute changes needed to support the business growth
*Identify problems and inefficiencies, ensuring corrective action is implemented for improvement with the partners
*Set and follow guidelines and standards for personnel evaluations and advancement

*Gain influence, trust, and credibility within the organization to build and help foster collaborative work relationships
*Liaison with external departments (Customer Support, Accounting, Dev, PMO, etc) to ensure the partner management operations are running smoothly and effectively
*Liaison to PH Site Leaders & HR on all requirements relating to PH labor laws and employee relations
*Work with HR when handling employee complaints and inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution when necessary
*Provide leadership and mentorship to team leaders & staff to build and maintain team morale
*Define and report on your team KPIs and ensure staff performance evaluations are documented
*Support & participate in quarterly partner Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) *Manage the onboarding of all new lead generation partners
