I have a humble beginning in my BPO career on a local account (year 2005) then moved to an international account (year 2006) both as a customer facing specialist.
Then in 2008 I leveraged into a Telco account as a Technical and Billing Support ( Telecom New Zealand). Opportunity favored when I started my career with JP Morgan Chase in March of 2010 as a Loss Mitigation Counselor that handles mortgage payment collection and payment options. Then I engaged with a loan application job ( US Mortgage) that handles both voice and back office to verify employment, homeowners insurance and income documents (still with JP Morgan). Then comes CA Ops account (year 2014) where i was heavily exposed to Loan application task thay deals with the same employment, homeowners insurance and income documents but more in depth cross skilled function such as underwriting efficiency task like verbal clarifications, underwriter reject and was even trained and certified in customer assistance underwriting whose primary task is to handle Special Risk Unit (SRU) loans such as Texas 50(a)(6) loans, multiple properties, clergy, military loans, disaster impacted loans and Self Employed loans. Then in 2018, worked as Funding Sr Specialist where we processed loans that was bought by our bank from correspondents and get them to be funded by getting the files into stages of verification, examinations and rejecting them in order for the correspondence team to look at it and send documents or letter of explanation in order for file to be clear to close (CTC). With the recession in the US due to drop in its economy and high APR ( mortgage annual percentage rate) because of the Russia Ukraine conflict leads me to where I am currently roled (from Sept 2022 to present) as Senior Invest Servicing Specialist III that caters Investment inquiries under Asset and Wealth Management ( JP Morgan Securities LLC). I just recently took an LOA and Processor Training and Got Certified. I am looking new employment where I can share and put what I have Learned into place.
