ICT Project Manager

Over the past 5 years, I have gained extensive experience in the Banking Industry as a full-time IT Project Manager. During this time, I successfully led the implementation of 3 projects and provided valuable support as a Project Coordinator in various other projects.

Over the course of 9 years in the workforce, I have consistently provided administrative support. Throughout my current position, I have transitioned from manual tasks to utilizing various tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, Trello, AI, and more. This shift has allowed me to complete demanding work by 37.5%, enabling me to allocate my remaining work hours to lighter tasks.

Over the span of 9 years, I have cultivated a deep understanding of PowerPoint, enabling me to produce polished and dynamic presentations.

Between 2015 and 2016, I held web design positions and also took on freelance web design projects intermittently. My most recent project was completed in March 2023.

Over the course of 9 years, I have honed my skills in Excel through continuous work and has proven to be an exceptionally powerful tool, especially when working with numerical data.

Canva is an indispensable tool in all my creative endeavors, serving as both a reliable resource and a constant source of inspiration.

Since the implementation of Office 365 in our organization, the introduction of Power Automate has significantly enhanced both my personal workflow and that of my department. This automation tool has effectively streamlined tasks within the Office 365 ecosystem, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.
