As a Leads/Intake admin of a Law Firm account, my main role is to watch and gather leads that we might be able to retain as our client. Making sure that we can contact them as soon as possible with no more that a minute to make sure that no other firm would take them as they are not just sending their inquires to us but to more than 20+ firm. I make a folder gathering their information such as personal, medical, insurance information to make sure that after retaining them they will have a file that has all the information needed to work with their case and would be ready to be assigned to the Case

On every leads we received, we make sure to provide them the best customer support. If their case qualifies we make sure that we will handle the case properly, on the other hand if the case don`t qualify we kindly decline and refer them to other firm/atty that might be able to help.
