I am a Hospitality Management Undergrad who ventured into a freelance career in Marketing as a Data Entry Associate for a U.S. Based E-commerce company for almost 3 years, because of this, I have experience in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Also, I am knowledgeable in using Google applications such as Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides, etc.  I did tasks for a blog site answering queries, chat support for different products. I am responsible for inputting descriptions on product pages in Shopify Back-end and responsible for updating product information like pricing, product, images, etc. I also did Social Media Manager for a local printing brand for a while, and is proficient in Social Media Management Tools like Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Twitter, Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest. Because of these, I was able to instil and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. As mentioned in my skills summary, I am quite flexible when it comes to the tasks that I will be given. You can rely on me to do tasks to the best of my ability, and getting in touch with me won't be difficult. I am efficient because I will always be available to you, as you will discover. In any case, I'm sure you wouldn't spend a lot of time training me, even if you would need me to learn a specific program for this position.  I guarantee that I can quickly adjust to any training or program that I need to complete for my employment.
