• Find, identify and follow up qualified sales lead generated by marketing activities, trade shows, and customer referrals.
• Proficient in Zoominfo, Hubspot, MS Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a Marketing and Sales Outreach tool.
• Keep track on all Accounts and Leads in CRM and provide Forecast, Event Attendees, Disregarded leads etc. reports on a timely manner.
• Schedule Meetings, Discovery Calls, Technical Demo, and Support Call. Manage calendar of Account Managers.
• Provide Back end support and Sales Admin assistance to North American Sales Account Managers.
• Provide Assistance on creating Quotes, Legal Agreements and Contracts.
• Create Process Documents for Training Purposes. Provide assistance in Training for Sales Processes.
• Render administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Managers.
