•  Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
•  Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
•  Execute billing processes accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
•  Verify and process customer invoices, ensuring all charges are accurate and in compliance with company policies.

III. PERSONAL INSURANCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (Insurance)
•  Manage and update client insurance portfolios, ensuring accurate and current information.
•  Facilitate the issuance of new policies, endorsements, and renewals.
•  Collaborate with insurance carriers to process policy changes and updates.
•  Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records of insurance policies and related documents.
•  Prepare reports and summaries for clients as requested.
•  Monitor policy expiration dates and initiate renewal processes.
•  Communicate with clients regarding upcoming renewals and assist in assessing their evolving insurance needs.
•  Stay informed about industry trends, policy updates, and regulatory changes.
