I'm
I've worked in the customer service industry for more than ten years with numerous multinational corporations, including Expedia, JP Morgan & Chase, AT&T, SiriusXM, and Lightspeed POS. I developed my career in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry throughout the course of my ten years of employment, moving up the ranks from front-line support to management level.
I also worked as a coach and trainer for BPO companies. I facilitated communications and product training for newly hired employees and prepared them to be endorsed for production. I've also provided skill enhancement training and refresher coaching sessions to tenured employees to ensure they are up to speed with product updates and processes.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the globe, I shifted from regular office work to freelancing. I learned to become more independent and resourceful. I learned how to properly schedule my tasks for the day to ensure tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. My freelance jobs include data entry, inventory management, order processing, Shopify management, CRM administration, POS management, content creation, and designing through Canva.
