Customer Service Representative Agent

Along with to my two years of call center expertise, I have one year of experience as a customer service representative.  Build a friendly and approachable environment for the customer to feel that she/he is just talking to friend. And recognize and emphasize the  concern of the customer so that I can provide a provide swift resolution. 

My goal is to create an enjoyable environment where customers feel as though they are conversing with friends. Furthermore, recognizing and acknowledging customer's concern with a corresponding appropriate resolution. My goal is to help customers make their life easier and better.
