Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. I recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management. While studying, I also worked full-time as an ESL teacher to Japanese students online and later on became a customer service representative handling over 500 calls every day under a financial and banking account based in Georgia, USA. This job, allowed me to handle calls with confidence while maintaining a good rapport.
Apart from that, I have 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant. So far, I’ve primarily been supporting senior management in a busy corporate setting. My current role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing calendars, cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, and coordinating meetings to preparing reports and handling correspondence.
Everything I went through was a hands-on experience that taught me a lot about what makes customers tick and how to meet their needs. Nevertheless, I learned a lot of new strategies to effectively engage with customers and solve problems more efficiently.
Over the years, I've developed my skills both as a Call Center Agent and Virtual Assistant while overseeing operations in a fast-paced startup environment. My role has been integral to streamlining office processes, managing administrative staff, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
