I worked as a Call center agent last 2021 for four (4) months at Alorica. I was a Technical and Account support agent. Part of my job is to take a mass volume of inbound and outbound calls and respond to the customers concerns and questions. I also worked as a All around crew to a small business Boba shop. I worked as a cashier, barista, and a cook. What I learned from the two previous jobs are that I am great communicator, well organized, willing to learn, to be trained and a fast learner, can follow guidelines, can manage time well, and can submit requirements before and on time. A part from the previous jobs I had before, I am also a great student, I comply and works hard to do any home works and projects that's why I receive average and above average grades. With the skills I have, I want to show that I am flexible to any working tasks assigned to me, I am confident to complete the tasks and Improve myself to perform better each time.
