As a Customer Service Representative we mostly identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. We also provide accurate, valid, and complete account, product, and service information by using the right methods or tools provided by the company. We resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers' complaints and determine the cause of the problem. We seek ways to consistently and proactively deliver a positive customer experience by designing and delivering with the customer in mind. A customer first mindset is closely related to purpose-driven thinking.

As a Quality assurance supervisor I also monitored and reported consumer complaints, highlighting trends and triggering action plans for immediate response. We help operation team by providing visualize report where they can better understand the data

I'm proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I'm very comfortable using these programs and have a lot of experience doing so when I become a quality analyst supervisor.
