I efficiently organize and respond to emails to ensure smooth communication. My role involves receiving and printing import shipping documents, conducting initial Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) checks, and forwarding these documents to the Documentation in-charge. I record FCL shipments in a shared Excel system and manage Arrival Notices from shipping lines, providing destination and BL nature code information. I prioritize and monitor urgent shipments and assist consignees, brokers, forwarders, shipping lines, and couriers with import shipment queries. I also handle billing information for customs and trucking services, conduct bi-weekly reconciliations, and ensure accurate documentation for container refunds and arrival tracking.
