I have worked as an Admin Virtual Assistant for 7 years. I have been exposed to various assignments, such as research, email responding, case processing and data entry. I have been using Excel and other Microsoft Application for my report, which I have learned that these applications may also be integrated to web tools. This made me familiar in using Google Drive, Google Sheet, Google Apps, Zohomail, Zoho Docs and Dropbox. I have team management experience, I am confident that I can monitor productivity and quality assurance for my team. I also manage to navigate CRM softwares such as Vtiger, Freshbook, Quicbooks, Groove, Shopify, Trello and Asana. I use Slack, Skype, Zoom and Glip for mode of communication. I am much familiar with time trackers you want me to use. I can say that I have been doing this kind of job for years now and made me an expert and flexible to different tasks given to me.I am confident that I have an excellent English Communication Skills which I use everyday to deal with my clients and customers. My other talents, includes simple graphic designing and basic html codes editing. I also do sourcing and listing in Amazon, I research contacts for Real Estate Investors, I did transaction coordination, buyer-seller agreement, marketing write-ups and I am superb in call handling either inquiry or bill interpretation. This coupled with my attention to details and organizational skills allow me to make substantial contribution to my career.
