Profile Description

I am a hardworking, energetic, resilient and positive person. I can deal with difficult scenarios when required. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from Arellano University Manila Campus. I handled transportation project for a food delivery app. As an email advisor I answer inquiries coming from the customers, drivers and restaurant owners regarding the orders, menu changes, status of the delivery and delivery options. We also investigate if ever the food is delivered damage. We also take customers feedbacks about the orders that they received. And then, I have been hired to HGS as customer service representative November 2017 for a healthcare account Upgrade to see actual info my 6 months being a healthcare associate I cater calls coming froUpgrade to see actual infombers with a dental plan inquiring about the status of there insurance plan, billing process, checking inn network dentist for them and also giving referrals to whom they can see. I also have an experience about processing payments for the reactivation of the accounts. After that I was been transferred to another LOB catering provider which I stayed for almost 3 years. My tasked was to take calls coming from hospitals, doctors clinic and other third party vendors for processing of authorizations. If it is a major or minor surgeries, admission or medical procedures. Before I apply here, I spent some time reading the job description to make sure that I have the necessary skills and qualities to do the job. I worked as healthcare associate for 3 1/2 years and i learned a lot from that Upgrade to see actual info addition to my experiences,I also received an award of recognition for my performance and great service. I would describe myself as a fast learner and a team player. Whenever I have a free time, I tend to do some meditation to increase my concentration level for me to become more focused on my task. I am a great communicator, adaptable, flexible and I am looking forward to showcase my skills and knowledge in this vacant role.
