I have seven years of expertise in customer service, handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat assistance. In addition, I have some experience with content moderation. I am able to handle a variety of sales in both business and personal accounts during the course of my working days. We present our goods and urge customers to purchase. In order for them to be satisfied with our service and remain longer with us, I also instill confidence and trust in them when we converse. I'm a flexible type of person; I can easily adjust to any changes within the workplace. I like organizing things like a to-do list; it helps me be productive all day, and my work will all be completed within the time frame needed. I love challenging myself every day because it helps me improve and be more confident in what I can do. For me, learning or exploring new things will help us be better people because we don't know what we can do more of.
