Profile Description

I am a Work At work-at-home agent who is able to create an efficient work environment based on the company’s work-at-home guidelines. Adept at utilizing computer productivity maintaining high levels of customer service and being adaptable to a given situation. 

My experiences include sales, customer service, technical support, and administrative jobs. I am a Team Leader and have been honing agents to be better at what they do at work. Overseeing up to 25 employees simultaneously while delegating tasks, conducting training, and performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering positive feedback to boost morale.

My significant exposure to all aspects of Product Training and Operations administration, along with related leadership execution successes, have equipped me with critical, technical, and creative abilities enabling me to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

I am proficient in using Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and knowledgeable in using Google Drive, google Sheets, and Google Docs. 
Basic knowledge in using SalesForce, Zendesk, Zik Analytics, DS Titan, Slack, Zopim, Skype, HighFive, Zoom, Team Viewer, Google Hangout, and intranet.
