I am a Filipino freelancer with a strong focus on workforce management, real-time analysis, scheduling, planning, reporting, database management, and Microsoft Excel. With years of experience in the BPO space, I am well-versed in the demands of the industry and have proven my ability to deliver excellent results.

I have also taken steps to ensure that I am always available and reliable for my clients. I have two backup internet service providers and a backup generator in case of power outages, which is important given my experience during Typhoon Odette.
My written and spoken English skills are excellent, thanks in part to my studies in the United Kingdom. I have a good grasp of British English and can communicate effectively with clients from all over the world. I also had an internship in the hospitality industry in the United States, which helped me become familiar with the work ethic and attitude of the American market.
