Offshore Accountant for Australian Accounting Firm
-Preparation of Financial Statements and Supplementary Reports
-Preparation of Tax Returns for Individuals, Company, Partnership & Trust
-Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS
-Process Sales invoices.
-Support month end and year end closing process
-Processes invoices for payment, including maintaining accounts payable files and records.
-Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account
-Creation of Financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts and supplier invoices
-Support month-end and year-end close process
-Perform Payroll Accounting, make payroll entries and maintain payroll files for the company employees, assist in payroll calculations, changes, deductions and withholdings. Ensure that payroll processing in in compliance with state laws.
