My hourly rate is $11 per hour but it is negotiable.
My daily routine from my previous job:
I receive order information, find the right products in the store location, update the customer for their parcel status, Update the shipping address details as per the customer’s request, reallocate the item to another store that could possibly fulfill the order, process refund on Shopify as per customer’s request, re-assure the customer that they will receive their order, for Click and Collect fulfillment type; inform the customer when the item is ready for pick up, process returns to sender orders, process replacement orders, process refunds if needed, Issue discounts voucher via Shopify app/rise app, communicates Retail Store associates and managers to create an efficient operation that delivers quality performance. And, send End of Day report directly to the CEO.
