Profile Description
I started working as a Travel agent in a BPO company year 2012. My responsibilities were assisting customer's with their reservations such as cancellations, changes, special requests, billing concerns and bookings. A year and a half later, I got promoted as a subject matter expert assisting new travel agents when they encounter difficulty in both customer engagement and product knowledge. Then year 2015, I got promoted as Business Intelligence Analyst, working as backend support
for operations by creating database for the accounts KPI, Scorecard and Invoices.
My recent job was freelancing and I was hired as an e-commerce customer service representative. The client has an online store that caters seafood and my job was to assist customer's on their product inquiry such as changes, cancellation, billing and placing an order.
