Top Skills

Experience: 2 - 5 years

I have worked for 2 email support campaigns. My first was as an online lending campaign wherein we process online applications for loans and email our customers about unclear or missing documents to complete the loan processing. I have worked there for 2 years. My second campaign was email support for a electric scooter campaign were we receive emails about charge disputes and instructions on how to use these scooters. We cover general questions charge adjustments and different complaints about our product. We have been provided templates to use for our emails, however due to multiple concerns, we usually draft the whole email freely. I worked for the program from 2020 up to 2023.

Experience: 1 - 2 years

I have worked for one of the leading mobile phone manufacturers in the world as a technical support representative. I handle almost everything from Basic to advance troubleshooting, and remote support of their phone if necessary. I am quite accurate in creating tickets for either replacements and repairs, depending on the device's warranty.
