Architect l Graphic Designer l Virtual Assistant

I'm a registered Architect for over 10 years. My projects are mostly residential. I have over 5 years of experience as a Village Architect in two exclusive subdivisions in the Philippines. I also worked with the largest property management company in the country engaged in managing large-scale, mixed-use estates as Senior Architect.

I've been designing brochures, invitations, and even magazine cover layouts. In my previous job, I was tasked to design the layout and cover of the Village Newsletter.

I worked in an office wherein one of my tasks was to do a clerical job where I honed my ability to input, organize, and manage data while maintaining a high level of accuracy. My proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be a valuable asset in performing this role efficiently. In addition to my technical skills, I am capable of multi-tasking yet maintaining a high level of concentration as my previous job entailed various tasks from plan evaluation, site inspection, Village Newsletter layout and editing, writing correspondence to Homeowners, and doing clerical jobs. While being an Architect requires keen attention to detail and dedication to high accuracy, I believe that these skills can be utilized and help accomplish data entry or virtual assistance responsibilities. My experience in writing correspondence and communicating with highly prominent homeowners confirms my excellent communication skills. Editing and layout of the Village Newsletter, though not an Architect’s task demonstrates my versatility and adaptability to different work settings. Furthermore, I am self-motivated, a quick learner, and am eager to expand my knowledge and skills in data entry and virtual assistance.
