I am Joan
Grace Candari Blasurca, a detail-oriented and reliable professional with strong
experience in administrative work and data entry. I currently work full-time as
the Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan in the Municipality of Ferrol, Romblon,
Philippines. My responsibilities include transcribing minutes of meetings and
sessions, records management, and encoding resolutions and ordinances with
accuracy and efficiency.
In
addition to my full-time role, I worked as a part-time Data Entry Specialist at
Complete Interiors Pty LTD Australia (July 2024 – November 2024). During this
time, I handled invoicing using XERO and Hubdoc, summarized fortnightly
timesheets, encoded purchase orders via Outlook and Tradify, managed email
communications, and prepared statements of accounts. My ability to manage
multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail allows me to deliver
high-quality outputs consistently.
I am now
seeking part-time opportunities where I can apply my skills in data entry,
bookkeeping, and administrative support. I am proficient in various software
tools, highly organized, and committed to meeting deadlines accurately and
efficiently.
