Then I joined Amazon Seller Support, yes, the one most Amazon sellers hate because they made selling on Amazon harder than it already is. But tell you what, it's not that bad before when real human do the work in investigating and resolving issues. Then we got replaced by automations and workflows and eventually we lost our jobs.
