Not only that, I took the lead in training newcomers to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Moreover, I allocated daily workloads among my teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and undertook various managerial tasks. My journey led me to my current role as a GVA, where my tasks are scheduling, booking members into the system, conveyancing, and mostly admin work. I also do procedures, i.e. the client will send a video and I will create a PDF document about that. These roles have equipped me with keen attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under pressure to deliver outputs on time.
