I was also responsible for communicating policies to associates as the primary information source for staff, ensuring compliance and consistency, taking corrective action as necessary, and documenting the issue and actions taken. Additionally, I was responsible for business/operations management, including management of SLAs, quality, and customer experience, as well as driving process improvement and continuous improvement culture through kaizen and lean projects.
As an Account Manager, I
also had led and drove the team for continuous improvement towards set goals, monitored team performance, and responded timely and accurately to the escalations of the direct reports. I provided direction and sound advice to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, developed logical problem-solving skills, and efficiently managed activities and utilization of the team. I also prepared reporting requirements to Operation's Director and clients, coordinated with various functional groups for team requirements, and was responsible for executing and ensuring the team adhered to Client policies.
