I as a worker, I possess a set of skills that I have honed through my work experiences. As an Accounts Payable FinOps Manager, I have been responsible for leading and developing a large team of FinOps Upgrade to see actual info this role, I identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality while also working closely with vendors to resolve their queries. I also have experience as a CNS Team Manager, where I was responsible for leading and developing a team of 20-30 associates, ensuring their overall performance management, coordination, and Upgrade to see actual info this role, I mentored new managers and employees with high growth potential, and I was the primary owner of functional responsibilities that impacted the overall site, such as performance-related pay and transportation. I was also responsible for communicating policies to associates as the primary information source for staff, ensuring compliance and consistency, taking corrective action as necessary, and documenting the issue and actions taken. Additionally, I was responsible for business/operations management, including management of SLAs, quality, and customer experience, as well as driving process improvement and continuous improvement culture through kaizen and lean projects.
As an Account Manager, I
also had led and drove the team for continuous improvement towards set goals, monitored team performance, and responded timely and accurately to the escalations of the direct reports.
