Profile Description

I'm a CPA who would like to start my career as a freelance bookkeeper. I learned Xero and QBO accounting systems in the past months and got certified. I am a visual learner person and can quickly adapt to new applications.

I am a detail oriented person. Part of what makes me a good bookkeeper/ accountant in the past was my organization skills and ability to self-review my tasks. I am aware that providing financial information containing errors creates doubt among management that the financial records are accurate.

Therefore, I implement systems that allow me to check my work by creating my own monthly checklists and reviews. This way I can ensure that financial reports are correct before proceeding to the closing process.

I have a strong accounting background with years of experience in handling our company's financials performing the whole accounting cycle.

In addition, I am proficient in Microsoft Excel. I worked mostly with spreadsheets for data analysis thus I'm familiar in using accounting formulas like Index and Match, VLOOKUPs, etc., pivot tables, basic macros and Solver feature.
